Irvine Tech Day: Pitch Irvine Application

Applications are now open for Pitch Irvine — the first-ever community pitch competition at Irvine Tech Day!

Watch top startups take the stage and compete for prizes!

Join them on May 8th in Irvine, CA to showcase your startup in front of a live audience of investors, founders, and judges. Selected startups will compete in Semi-Finals across 4 industry tracks, with top teams advancing to the Grand Finale that same evening.

Applied AI
Healthcare Innovation
Energy & Mobility
DTC & Commerce

Each track winner will receive a $1,000 prize, and all participants will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award, offering an additional opportunity to win $1,000 through audience voting

Eligibility:

Open to the general public
At least one team member must be a resident of the City of Irvine
Your startup must qualify under one of the four tracks above

Judging Criteria

Startups are evaluated by judges across key areas, including problem, solution, market, traction, technology, team, business model, and overall fit. Criteria are weighted by track, and top-scoring companies advance. A panel of Judges will carefully review every submission and will reach out if your company is selected to pitch..
