Board of Directors Expansion – Board Director Appointment

We are proud to officially welcome Juergen Stark, BSc, MBA to the Board of Directors at Finally Quiet, Inc. Juergen brings decades of global leadership across consumer electronics, enterprise technology, and med-tech. His background spans public company CEO and board chair roles, deep operational and M&A experience, and the scaling of complex hardware-software platforms at global scale. Most notably, Juergen served for over a decade as Chairmand & CEO of Turtle Beach Corporation, leading the company through major platform transitions, balance-sheet restructuring, and sustained innovation in audio technology. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive roles at Motorola, including COO of the $9 billion Motorola Mobility business. As Finally Quiet enters its next phase, bridging medical-grade hardware, AI, and mission-critical communications, Juergen’s experience scaling products, teams, and governance will be instrumental. San Fernando Valley Dental Society (SFVDS) – Sponsoring CE Class on Dental Innovations

Finally Quiet sponsored a CE course led by our CDO, Dr. Sam Shamardi, focused on AI-driven dental innovations. During the session, we delivered the first comprehensive clinical and technical deep dive of our system to members of the San Fernando Valley Dental Society (SFVDS). The response exceeded expectations. We received a significant number of follow-up requests and early expressions of interest from clinics seeking to participate in our upcoming Phase I pilot. As part of our rollout strategy, we are prioritizing Orange County Dental Society (OCDS) member practices for the initial allocation of pilot chairs. Our goal is to ensure Orange County is prominently represented in what is shaping up to be a highly visible launch phase. Given the level of interest outside the region, any remaining pilot capacity will be allocated to clinics that are prepared to move forward.

Phase I Technical Pilot

Phase I Technical Pilot launches April 6, 2026. Phase I focuses on capturing conversations between patients and care providers in the noisiest environments in support of structured SOAP notes. By removing background noise at the source in real-world clinical environments, the Finally Quiet! hardware materially improves Speech-To-Text (STT) accuracy compared to consumer devices. This phase positions Finally Quiet! as a hardware-enablement layer that improves STT performance and accelerates adoption across existing AI dental note-taking platforms. This will be a pivotal moment for us to increase post-money valuation cap, too.

Pitch to EvoNexus Board of Directors

We had the privilege to present Finally Quiet to the EvoNexus Board of Directors in a 10-minute formal pitch followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. The discussion extended with strong engagement from the Board. Their questions were thoughtful and rigorous, and our responses resonated well with this highly experienced group.

Orange Tree – MedTech CEO Forum

I had the opportunity to represent Finally Quiet at the MedTech CEO Forum organized by Orange Tree. This initiative is looking at the main challenges Orange County-based MedTech CEOs face while driving their startups forward. It was an evening filled with one-on-one discussions and panels on how CEOs can support each other in Orange County.

March marked a major step forward for Finally Quiet, Inc. as we transition from development into clinical deployment.

We have officially begun onboarding clinics into our Phase I Pilot Program, with the enrollment period closing June 5, 2026. This rollout is focused on enabling clear voice capture in high-noise dental environments and reducing after-hours charting through seamless workflow integration.

We are currently working with clinics across Southern California and selectively onboarding additional partners as we finalize our first cohort. Early engagement has been strong, with clinics typically deploying across multiple operatories to evaluate impact on both workflow efficiency and patient experience.

In parallel, we have completed our initial hardware production and are fully prepared for deployment into participating clinics. Our commercial model is structured around a scalable, subscription-based platform designed to integrate directly into existing dental systems, with additional features planned in upcoming phases, including real-time multilingual support (English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean) and hands-free voice-enabled workflows.

As we move through Q2 2026, our focus is on executing pilot deployments, generating initial revenue, and collecting real-world data to support product refinement and broader commercial expansion.
