The City of Irvine is seeking an premier accelerator operator to bring its vision to life for the 25K sqft Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship presented by John Shen and Stella Zhang located at 510 Technology, Irvine.
Irvine is seeking an experienced partner to launch and operate a high-impact accelerator and co-working facility (lab+office); support founders and scalable companies; connect entrepreneurs with mentors, customers, corporate partners, and investors; and deploy capital to promising ventures.
This is an opportunity to help shape the flagship City initiative in one of Southern California’s most dynamic markets for business, talent, and technology. The selected operator will play a central role in creating a vibrant destination where entrepreneurs, startups, industry partners, investors, educational institutions, and the community can connect, collaborate, and grow.
The ideal operator will bring a proven track record of:
Operating successful startup accelerator programs
Attracting and supporting high-potential founders and companies
Facilitating access to investment opportunities and deploying capital into promising ventures
Designing programming that helps companies validate, scale, create jobs, and contribute to a stronger regional innovation economy
