The Venture Deals online course is designed to help demystify venture capital deals and early-stage startup financing, giving first-time and experienced entrepreneurs guidance to secure funding.
The course kicks off on March 2nd and, as always, is FREE.
Since they revamped the course in 2022, over 32,000 people have enrolled. This version includes entirely new video content and two sections they added that I think are important — Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Venture Capital, and Mental Wellness in Entrepreneurship.
The course is self-guided and based on their book Venture Deals: Be Smarter Than Your Lawyer and Venture Capitalist, now in its fourth edition.

About the course

The Venture Deals course is based on the book Venture Deals, written by Brad Feld and Jason Mendelson, and was created with the goal of eliminating the massive information asymmetry between the entrepreneur and investor.
