A four-part series to expand your online presence by launching and growing your online e-commerce store. Business owners will develop skills to drive traffic, grow on brand exposure, and reach larger audiences online while developing a strong understanding of the key elements needed to build and expand a robust e-commerce portal for their business.

Session 2 - DRIVING TRAFFIC (Jan 31 I 10 AM - 12 PM)

How you can advertise your online business through different social media platforms, emails, and advertising.

During this session, they will cover the following:

• Social Media Marketing

• Ads

• YouTube

• Email Marketing

Session 3 - MARKETPLACES (Feb 07 I 10 AM - 12 PM)

How to know which platforms work best to sell your products. Choosing your marketplaces with pricing considerations.

During this session, they will cover the following:

• Marketplaces

• Social Commerce

• Pricing Considerations

• Groupon

• Online Directories

Session 4 - SCALABILITY - KPIS FOR YOUR ROI (Feb 14 I 10 AM - 12 PM)

Tracking outcomes and ensuring Return on Investment(ROI). Packing and shipping solutions, Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for future growth and sustainability.

During this session, they will cover the following:

• Packaging & Shipping

• Key Performance Indicators for goals and controls

• Growth & Sustainability
